On April 18, 2013, the Columbia Area Planning Commission is holding a special meeting at 7 P in Eagle Cottage on Washinton Street.
On the agenda is Resolution TC09-009 to adopt the Columbia Design Guidelines to protect and preserve the scenic resources of Columbi and maintain the rural, small-town character of Columbia.
