It has become quite the joke around the Capitol. Gavin Newsome was acting Governor while Jerry Brown was in China last week.
He used his powers to elevate certain nuts, fruits and vegetables. Yes, he did!
He officially deputized the Artichoke as California's official vegatable, the Avacado as California's official fruit, and Rice as the official grain.
He also named the Almond as California's official nut. Some are asking, well, perhaps is this the reason why Brown may be considering giving him a one-way bus ticket to Carson City?
Here comes the payback, Nevada!!
