Morning-after Pill available to all girls

After a federal judge in New York reversed a contentious Food and Drug Administration's ruling, the agency was required to ake the "morning after pill" available without a prescription to all girls of reproductive age, including those younger than 17.

The ruling by US District Judge Edward Korman in Brooklyn, comes in a lawsuit brought by reproductive-rights groups that had sought to remedy the problem legally.
