Be glad you're not in Stockton right now. A wrong way driver on Hwy 99 near Hammer Lane was reported about 4:38 PM and CHP has been trying to stop the vehicle since.
Several instances a traffic collision nearly occured, according to reports.
They finally created a break and the flashing lights got the driver to pull over. No indication yet as to why the driver was going the wrong way (hic).
