Another minority Florida youth dies-- at police hands

   After chasing him down for graffiti officers tased him and then laughed,
according to witnesses. He later died at the hospital.

   Israel Hernandez, an  18 year old artist in Miami Beach, was apparently spraying something on an abandoned storefront, was reported not to have any other health problems that could have caused his death.

   The officer was reported to have held down the taser trigger for a full 35 seconds, although 5 seconds are  recommended.
