In their final preseason game at Candlestick Park, the 49ers beat the Minnesota Vikings, mostly without Colin Kaepernick as quarterback.
It seems that Harbaugh isn't taking any chances with his star quarterback before the regular season begins.
The first reglar season game is in San Francisco against Green Bay on September 8, 2013 at 1:25 PM.
