UPDATE: As of 6 AM the intersection is clear.
August 27, 2013: A traffic hazard was reported to CHP at 5:28 AM at Hwy 49 and Mountain Ranch Road in San Andreas.
It isn't clear yet what the hazard it, but CHP is en route to the scene. Use extra caution in that area.
