In addition to the Tobacco Money acceptance we wrote about earlier, the Sheriff's Department has the purchase
of a used vehicle on the Consent Agenda.
They are buying this vehicle, according to the agenda, from Enterprise for $25,000 plus $10,000 for Mobile Accessories initially assigned to the vehicle.
There is no indication on the agenda item of whether this was already budgeted or not. It just seems like a lot of money for a used vehicle.
On the Regular Agenda, there is a Public Hearing on a Supplemental Law Enforcement contract with Ironstone Vineyards in Murphys.
