August 8, 2013: A fire was reported on Hwy 4 at Horseshoe in Copperopolis at 1:14 PM. A pile of haybales in the middle of the road are on fire.
Other cars have stopped on Hwy 4, but the fire is actually on Horseshoe.
A man was reportedly throwing hay onto the fire out of a truck. It has not yet spread to nearby roadside grass.
