Four Stolen puppies returned

    Of the six bulldog puppies who had been stolen from a car at an animal hospital in Highland Park, four have been returned.

   The owner, who is hearing impaired,  plans on turning them into service dogs to help people like herself, pleaded for the thief to return them.

   Two of the six-week old pups are still missing.
