We hear that Republican party leader Jim Brulte has more than his work cut out for him; including a leaking roof and financial instability in the GOP.
The Democrats hold a 55 electoral vote lock and will for the foreseeable future. He says he's starting from the bottom up and has a 6 year plan to rebuild.
It has been 2 election cycles since a Republican was elected to any Statewide office in California. If he doesn't know why, then he will not succeed in rebuilding.
