The owners of the Sacramento Kings are now asking the City of Sacramento to use their threat of eminent domain to help them buy the last parcel they need to compete the new Arena deal at the Downtown Plaza.
The City says publicly that eminent domain would be a long way off, but they do have a deal with the owners of the Kings that they will reimburse the City for any costs associated with an eminent domain takeover.
