New Pot Store Owner Says Everything is legal

After getting several complaints about someone selling pot at a store on a 2nd floor in Arnold,
we called and spoke with Jeremy Carlson, who says he is the owner.

When we told him we were asking about his business license and conditional use permit, he told us that they have checked with the Sheriff, and Supervisor Callaway and they told them they don't need a conditional use permit.

He stated that he was told their permit was out of date at the county and they were going to rewrite it anyway. He insisted they are totally legal.

When I asked him about an article in another publication, he said that a woman who was jealous gave them wrong information.

This is all the fault of the Republicans who live in Ebbetts Pass. They think callaway is wonderful. Now they have their very own POT STORE. Now they can go get high with their buddy Callaway anytime they want.

The County will drive you crazy if you try to use the planning or building department, but open a POT STORE? Oh, boy, just DO IT!!!

All the pot smokers vote for her and that includes the Republicans in Ebbetts Pass. They are excited to spend more time at their favorite retail establishment with their favorite supervisor.

I couldn't get a bit of help at that stinking planning department. they lie, they falsify information. I threw my paperwork in the toilet. But if you want to sell pot, no problem. You have my blessing and that of the Sheriff. Are you both big pot smokers?
