On September 9, 2013 at 6 AM Katie Elijah Herrington (28) of Stockton was arrested at the San
Andreas Tower Gas Station for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Prohibited to Own Ammunition, both felonies, and for Possession of a switchblade knife in the vehicle and Controlled Substance Paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.
Herrington was booked into the Calaveras County Jail by Sheriff's deputies.
Also arrested at the Tower Gas Station was Michael Ray Thurman (34) of Stockton for alleged Prohibited to own Ammunition, a felony, and for Driving with a suspended license and Ppssession of Controlled Substances, both misdemeanors.
Thurman was also booked into the Calaveras County Jail and released pre-trial for lack of space.
