Notice the project number 2008-060.
Notice this number 07-242, a resolution to restrict land division less than 40 acres without public water and public sewer.
Don't forget RIM FEES or necessary mitigation measures, costly either way.

Sierra Sentinel put up a vote question: Win No Win

Will we see during this special meeting a majority of the BOS ask the question to rescind 07-242?
Sierra Sentinel put up another vote question: Yes No

Will the water issue, CCWD's capabilities for water and water infrastructure, sewer and sewer infrastructure be part of the discussion?

Will Pool Station Road's level of service classification be a part of the discussion? Will questions be asked about, why is county unable to fix Pool Station Road, a county substandard road, decades old?

This should be an interesting hearing. The last time it was held in the San Andreas Town Hall. Turn out was large.
