Calaveras Board Meetings video now on website

With no real announcement that we could see, the Calaveras Board of Supervisors had their CIO
Howard Stohlman begin uploading the Board meeting videos on their website.

This was the agreement made when they allowed the board clerk to end taking minutes of the meetings.

Go to Calaveras Supervisors, then scroll down to where it says meeting video August 27, 2013. Apparently they can get it at the County offices, but many in the real world are not.

It comes up fine on other websites that use it as an advertisement, but not on the Calaveras County website.  Try it and let us know if you are successful.

How is this being paid for? From what budget pocket of money? Did the county have a win-fall of additional money, not expressed to the public?
Maybe they are using the smoke from the Rim Fire and the county mirrors are so dirty, we can't see through?
Is this a BOS that disregards a 3million dollar deficit?

Are you ready for the increase in taxes request from the BOS that will be coming?

Have you received your State vehicle license renewal? It almost doubled.

whoa!...so many questions, chicken little!
What do you do for fun?
Predict the collapse of mankind as we know it?
Have a beer, ice tea, or something and thank God, or whoever, for another great day!

Has the funding been established to cover costs of county net video? When was funding approved in public hearing? No & No.
Funding was not discussed in staff discussion, written comments.
Is this legal?

Apparently, there is no cost to the county to provide the video to the website.
