Yesterday we informed the Calaveras County CIO that many people were not able to play and view the Board of Supervisors video that was just added to their website.
This morning, we received an email saying that last night they did some off-site testing and discovered that consumers with lower internet bandwidth may have trouble playing the video.
They are re-encoding the video with different specifications now and will post a new file when it is ready.
Since re-encoding takes time, especially since this meeting lasted almost 8 hours, he will let us know when it will be re-available for everyone to test.
