The Calaveras Sheriff's office was notified of suspicious person, a man who was lying by the side of the road at Hwy 49 and Lombardi Drive in Mokelumne Hill on September 10, 2013 around 1:10 PM.
A deputy responded and was told he was just taking a nap. No report was taken.
