On January 31, 2014 according to CHP, James Flores (56) of Copperopolis was driving a Ford pickup on Hwy 4 eastbound
at approximately 45 MH on an icy portion of roadway near Country Club drive in Arnold.
Flores lost control of the pickup and subsequently left the paved portion of the roadway and collided with a dirt embankment causing the pickup to overturn.
Mr. Flores was transported to Doctors Hospital in Modesto with moderate injuries.
