Two Fresno-based CHP officers, who were on their way to an accident in Kingsburg on Hwy 99 apparently swerved to avoid a pedestrian and overturned their cruiser.
Both officers died at the scene. Witnesses said they approached the scene before they realized it and hit the guard rail avoiding the initial accident.

A tragedy, it's reported both had their seat belts on. Will helmet laws be next.
