On February 14, 2014 around 8:45 AM Anita Beck (64) of Murphys was stopped in a 2003 Subaru Legacy, waiting to turn left from westbound Hwy 4 to Pennsylvania Gulch Rd. in Murphys.
Andrew Dellins (55) of Murphys came to a stop in a 2000 GMC Yukon XL, behind Beck.
Sydney Klann (16) of Murphys was driving the third vehicle, a 2005 Dodge Durango and failed to stop behind Dellins, pushing his vehicle into Becks.
Klann was transported to Mark Twain Hospital with minor injuries. Dellins was transported to Modesto Memorial with moderate injuries. Beck was uninjured.
