CHP is requiring chains on all vehicles without 4 wheel drive and snow tires on all four wheels at Arnold on Hwy 4.On Hwy 88 in Amador County vehicles are subject to delays of up to 20 minutes as traffic is down to one lane.
On Hwy 108 in Tuolumne County chains are required at Long Barn.
