February 9, 2014: Some flooding has been reported in the Cosgrove Creek area of Valley Springs this morning. Water has overflowed the banks into residents back yards in some areas.

Did anybody call FEMA? Or their district supervisor? Did Office of Emergency Services respond? Have sand bags been filled this year?
