According to CHP on May 8, 2014 at approximately 9:30 PM William Charles Brewer (48) of Jamestown, was driving a 2000 Dodge Dakota on 3rd Ave in Jamestown.
Mr. Brewer failed to come to a complete stop according to the CHP report, for the upright and visible stop sign.
Officer Josh Mahaney observed Mr. Brewer make a left turn onto 9th St. from 3rd Ave and contacted Mr. Brewer.
Officer Mahaney observed several open cans of Budweiser beer, smelled the odor of alcohol coming from within Mr. Brewer's vehicle and also smelled the odor of Marijuana coming from within the vehicle.
During a search of Mr. Brewer's vehicle, Officer Mahaney discovered Methamphetamine, dried Marijuana and concentrated Marijuana in the form of "Hash Honey Oil" in the center console.
Mr. Brewer was transported to the Tuolumne County Jail where he was booked for alleged:
11377 (a) H&S Possession of Methamphetamine 29.9 grams, a felony,
11357 (a) H& S Possession of concentrated Cannabis, 18.4 grams, a felony,
23222 (b) VC Possession of less than one ounce of Marijuana, Infraction (not bookable ) 9.4 grams.
