On January 13, 2015 the Calaveras Sheriff's Office arrested Mark Williams Franz (34) at his home on Watkins in Murphys for alleged Assault and Battery, both felonies and for Battery on a person, a misdemeanor.
Franz was booked into the Calaveras County Jail and released on bond.
