UPDATE: This collision has been changed to no injuries.
January 7, 2015 at 9:05 AM: A car has reportedly overturned on Hwy 99 at the Briggsmore offramp in Modesto.
The number 3 lane is blocked, a tow truck has been dispatched. An ambulance is also en route to the scene.
