Jerod Raymond Latina Margolis of Angels Camp

Jerod Raymond Latina Margolis left this world too soon, on January 14, 2017 as a result of a single vehicle accident.

   Jerod was heading home
after a fun first date in Copperopolis, with spirits high and a lot to be happy about.

Homeward bound on Poole Station, the road he'd driven thousands of times, this last ride's
destination  was to join is loved ones in heaven.

He often declared his love for the land on which his home was built, on 20 acres in Circle XX with expansive views of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range.

An avid fan of MMA, gaming, movies, Rock 'n Roll, guns and fine California herb, not necessarily in that order and frequently in some combination simultaneously, Jerod could make you laugh with  his infectious personality and maintained an innocence that could soften the most calloused heart.

A proven fighter, Jerod brawled with lifelong Type 1 Diabetes and showed us all how to take it on the chin.

Jerod is survived by his twin Jeremy, Mother KC, Dad Ron, brother Josh and nephews Bayan Koa and Noah.

And though he'd surely prefer to be ceremoniously carried off from the Coliseum on a warrior shield in true gladiator fashion, services will be held at Ironstone Vineyards in Murphys on Saturday January 21, 2017 at 12 PM followed by a Celebration of Life at his family's Folsom Hotel in Old Folsom on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at 3 PM.

Angels Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
