We have to warn you!! If you have a neighbor so lazy and with no life but to sit home and play with his tiny ding-a-ling all day, that's scary enough!!
But, if that crazy no-good creep actually spends most of his day watching you and the other neighbors, actually running out to try and peek at what you are doing, using cameras, etc., be sure you know how to dial 911!!
Sounds like you have a violent and dangerous Neighbor From HELL, especially for children!!!
