January 12, 2017 at 9 AM: We have already seen collisions and cars running of Hwy 4 in Ebbetts Pass due to early morning snow.
As of 8:15 AM Caltrans had not plowed in Arnold or below. Snow was falling just below Forest Meadows, 3500'. Pretty messy!
