January 13, 2017 at 2 PM: A driver who was hit by a car that then ran off the road, but shortly took off began at Hwy 4 and Milton Road below Copperopolis.
The original struck driver is following the speeding car which is passing unsafely, driving erratically. CHP is attempting to intercept the car. Be extra cautious if in that area.
