In a court case brought by Bob Bowerman of Valley Springs, the Calaveras County Superior Court ruled that most of the arguments in favor of Measure B were false.
Provided to the Calaveras Elections Office to be placed on the ballot in May by Bill McmAnus and David Tunno, many of these false or misleading statements were reportedly used to gather the signatures dishonestly in the first place, it is now believed.
If you signed the petition and believe it is possible you were mislead by Bill McmAnus, David Tunno, (both who have tried unsuccessfully to get elected) Vickie Reinke or other Tea Party supporters, please report it to the Calaveras Elections Department.
