Angels Camp Police report that they have arrested Vonna Hughes, a 68 year old resident for alleged animal cruelty, animal neglect, theft of an anima and conspiracy involving an incident at Pet Bath House on Main Street.
It's a long story, involving the Butte Fire, and boarding of three dogs that are now missing and believed dead. Hughes was booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
