Ranch Fire in El Dorado County grows

  UPDATE:  The acreage quickly went to 90 acres.  It was originally believed this started in Amador County, but is now listed as El Dorado County.

   July 26, 2017 at 5:10 PM:  Per CalFire the Ranch Fire
in El Dorado County, near Mt. Aukum, is 80 acres and 15% contained. Mandatory evacuations are taking place in the area.

   Air attack from Columbia is working this fire along with El Dorado County Fire and Amador Fire Protection District. There are currently 3 helicopters and 2 bulldozers at the scene.
