If Neighbor gives his anti-psychotic meds to his dog????

   Would you be concerned if your neighbor, who you realize has serious mental health issues, told you that he is giving his anti-psychotic meds to his dog to
calm him down?

   Should it be reported to authorities or someone in charge of the case?  Hmmmm....especially when we realize HE needs them badly.  Ever hear someone out of the blue scream "SHUT UP" or other crazy things loud enough to hear at Bear Valley???

  This person definitely needs their MEDS!!! Although I agree the crazy nut case barking freak of a dog needs them too??

   Let's see now, would that be a Neighbor and his Dog from Hell???
