Calaveras Sheriff's deputies arrested Dakota Lee Serva (27) of Avery, on Hwy 4 at Hunt Road in the Copperopolis area.
Serva was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged
False Imprisonment with Violence, a felony, and for Battery on a Spouse, ex or date, Damaging or Destroying a Wireless Device, and Driving on a Suspended License, misdemeanors, in addition to Failure to Pay registration fees and No proof of Financial Responsibility, Infractions.
