At the Calaveras Supervisors meeting on January 22, several people came to comment on
the proposed General Plan, begun in the early 2000's and another one due in 2020. Millions of taxpayer dollars wasted!!!
Joyce Techel is apparently not happy with the Calaveras General Plan and warned the Supervisors, if you think that General Plan will be accepted the way it is without a lawsuit , "Go Ahead, Make My Day!"

General Plans have specific time lines. The existing general plan work document is out dated. A re-write is needed!
