name. It is Kenney. Thank you readers, for helping us with this.
UPDATE: We have had members of the public tell us they believe the correct last name is
Kenney. We asked Chris Hewitt with the Calaveras Sheriff's Department. He says the correct name is Kennedy in this case.
According to Calaveras Sheriff records, Anthony William Juarez (23) of San Andreas was arrested
on August 10, 2013 at UC Davis Medical Center after a 2 year old boy was transferred there from Mark Twain Hospital after suffering injuries to his leg, face and buttocks, according to Sheriff's deputies.
Juarez was arrested for alleged Child Cruelty with the possibility of injury or death and for Inflicting Injury on a Child, along with Conspiracy to commit a Crime, all felonies.
Also arrested the following day in San Andreas after being re-interviewed, was Kelly Rose Kenney (22) of San Andreas for alleged Child Cruelty with the possibility of injury or death and Conspiracy to commit a crime, both felonies.
Juarez and Kenney were booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
