UPDATE: Major injuries have now been reported in this accident. Two CHP are at the scene.
August 10, 2013: Two CHP are in route to the scene of a car vs a bicycle at Hwy 99 and Liberty Rd. near Lodi that was reported at 11:31 AM.
Use extra caution if in that area. An ambulance is also responding.
