Calaveras Planning Department Staff States the Board of Supervisors has already reviewed this project

The Planning Department representative Andrew Mongrelsen stated that the Calaveras Board
of Supervisors has already reviewed  the project of the Crazy Horse Estates.  There has been NO PUBLIC hearing on this project.

That means that in secret, the Board of Supervisors and someone in Planning have had a meeting to be reviewed on this project without public knowledge.

This does not surprise us, as many times we hear the they violate the Brown Act. The secret meetings continue to go on and on and nothing is done about their criminal behavior.

This project has gone before the Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors in the past. The meeting was held in the town hall in San Andreas. A crowd of people attended.
It was a public,noticed meeting.

Was that the 07-242 meeting where the video was edited? What year was that?

07 acknowledges the year. 242 is the Resolution number.
Since I wasn't alive in 1907, and I attended the meeting which eventually created 07-242. The exact date of the meeting I don't remember. Which video was edited, the town hall or the Bos agenda 07-242 meeting? The public record shows an unsigned by the chairman document(07-242). Claudino was the Chairman.

I'm sure that was in August and September of 2007. They passes a strict no building a home on anything with less than 40 acres without public water and sewer. I remember how strong it was. Why, what happened?

Well, it doesn't say that now. Now it just has a advisory recommendation, not a law. Was it changed somewhere along the line? Why?

Are you saying that in 2007 the Pool Station Road project went before the Board of Supervisors about this same project? I'm confused.

The project has been before the Planning Commission and the BOS twice now. The project was caught up in the 07-242 Resolution.
When was the last traffic study done on Pool Station Road?
