Warren Buffett holds an estimated $56 billion worth of Berkshire Hathaway stock, the most valuable stock holdings of any active CEO.
The next two on the list ate Oracle CEO Larry Ellison and Amazon.com CEO Jeff Bezos. As many as 27 CEO's hold at least $1 billion worth of their companies' stock, according to the Wall Street Journal.
