September 12, 2013 at 9 AM: A 56 year old man who refused to leave his home when evacuation orders were issued in the Clover Fire in Shasta County, was found to have died in the fire.
As of this morning, the total acres burned is 7993 and containment is now 65%. CalFire expects to have full containment by Sunday.
68 homes and 128 outbuildings have been destroyed. 5 homes and 10 outbuildings have been damaged.
