UPDATE at 10 AM : Two CHP are now at the scene. A tow truck has been dispatched to move the trailer. The westbound lane is the one blocked.
November 16, 2013: CHP reports that around 9:05 AM a gray Suburban that had been pulling a trailer separated on Hwy 4 near Darby Russell Rd and Red Apple.
The nearest Hwy patrol unit was dispatched from Hwy 49 at the Cement Bridge. The driver of the Suburban is apparently trying to direct traffic around the trailer, which is in the roadway.
