Finally, the US Senate has passed a bill the releases all Chimpanzees from government experimentation laboratories.
They will all be moved to approved Chimp sanctuaries.

Maybe we should replace the chimps with Senators in the cages in experimentation laboratories. Maybe we could find what makes them tick through experimentation in a controlled laboratory rather than in the US Senate. Think of all the money that could be saved!
