We just learned that today is Toilet Day (or to us, Lake Toilet Day) celebrating our largest toilet in Calaveras County, Lake Tulloch.
What is Calaveras Supervisor Debbie Ponte doing about it? Nothing, absolutely nothing!!!

What can she do? It's CCWD's sewer lines. What's CCWD doing to fix it? CCWD can borrow money, now that they have higher rates for collateral? Is CCWD still broke? During the last rate incrase campaign, nothing was mentioned about CCWD's pension deficit liability. How Come?
