Saturday, November 9, 2013: We have had many questions about all the CCWD trucks and equipment on Hwy 4 above Forest Meadows the last few days.
We asked Don Stump (CCWD Director) what was going on and he sent us an email from Mexico that they"...have had a difficult time with the main line on the corridor. I'm thankful that the ratepayers recognized that it was overdue for replacement."
There were trucks and men parked on the Highway after hours on Friday night and again by around 7:30 AM this morning. It was a digup of some type.
