Not long ago Martha Stewart was convicted of Insider Trading of a stock and went to prison.
Donald Trumps pick for Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price is being investigated for buying a stock, a small bio-tech apparently, and then filing a fill to help them just a couple of days later. Will he also go to prison???

Martha Stewart was NOT convicted for insider trading. Instead she went to prison for lying to Federal investigators.
"Stewart was found guilty in March 2004 of felony charges of conspiracy, obstruction of an agency proceeding, and making false statements to federal investigators."
