BREAKING NEWS!! Calaveras Measure B eliminated by Judge

Looks like there will be no Measure B on any  Calaveras County mail out ballots in May of 2017. A judge has ruled that Measure B language failed to comply with election code.

Other items placed on that ballot will be included as planned.  Measure B, the anti-cannabis measure is not history.   The Calaveras County Clerk/Recorder made the announcement.

Thank goodness a judge saw the light after those corrupt people tried to lie and get people to go against cannabis.

So that's why tunno, mcanus, reinkie and mills weren't at the board meeting making trouble and mouthing off?

It's been reported, county counsel's office has the legal side done. I wonder how long, if land use requirements are needed it will take Mr. Mauer to complete his end? Hopefully not as long as the current uncompleted General Plan. Does Calaveras County ever complete state requirements on time? They complete one thing on time, county paychecks!

That last comment must be from a grower. All over a difference of opinion. To grow or not to grow, to stink or not to stink, to be illegal or legal. It will be interesting when this divisive issue is resolved, heavy taxation on legal grows or heavy jail time. Hey Edson what do you think? Are you ready to publicly declare you are bought and paid for or not?
