He finally has been successful at getting Oliveira to do whatever he wants and he and Garamendi are now starting their secret meetings on how to do anything without the public knowing. No agenda; no Brown Act requirements!!!

Mills has been trying to get closed sessions to BAN cannabis, that is correct. He will try to enact authorization for small personal grows so he can secretly apply for federal funding to eradicate all grows within the county. That is why he states he has the avenue to get funding. He wont say it in any public forum in case he fails. He is a master manipulator with goals to eradicate all pot
