And then of course, there are those employees like AC who recommends:"Move!! Don't call us when your house is on fire!!"

Most of the residents appreciate all of the firemen who are fighting the fire. CalFire doesn't control the wind, weather or the mountain terrain. If you're going to complain, maybe you should get out there and try and fight the fire. Don't call when your house is on fire, figure our how to extinguish it yourself."
(Yes, this is one of the reasons people are fearful of even criticizing CalFire at all. As opinions differ, there are always those who feel just like AC!!)
