UPDATE at 5:45 PM: A helicopter is being used to help control the fire, which is in heavy brush. They jumped on it right away. Must be nice to live right next to the airport where the copters are kept.
July 10, 2017 at 5:30 PM: A fire has been reported in Columbia just off Chile Gulch Road, near the airport.
Per aircraft, fire is within 100' of the mobile home park in that area. Multiple units are responding to this fire.
